Car Travel Essentials
- Portable water bottle — hydration stops every 2 hours
- Travel crate or seat belt harness — safety first
- Poop bags and paper towels — just in case

Preventing Car Sickness
Don't feed a full meal before driving. Short practice trips build tolerance. Crack a window for fresh air. Face them forward if possible. For chronic car sickness, ask your vet about motion sickness medication.
Hotel Stays
Book pet-friendly hotels in advance. Bring your dog's bed and a familiar blanket. Exercise them well before bedtime in a new place — tired dogs settle faster.
Flying with Pets
Cabin travel (for small pets under 20 lbs) is preferred. Expandable pet carriers that fit under the seat are essential. Acclimate your pet to the carrier weeks before the flight.
Cat Travel
