For hygiene reasons, pet beds and feeding accessories that have been used cannot be returned unless defective. **How to Initiate a Return:** 1. Email support@dogcat.love with your order number and reason for return. 2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. 3. Pack items securely and ship to the provided address. **Refund Timeline:** Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. **Return Shipping:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we provide a prepaid return label. **Defective or Damaged Items:** Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost. **Non-Returnable Items:** Digital downloads, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
