Shipping Policy

Free US shipping on orders $50 or more. A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to orders under $50.

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 5-10 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at /pages/track-order.

Delays

While we strive to ship every order within 5-10 business days, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume during sales. If a delay affects your order we will email you immediately.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. For lost packages, please reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
